You can only book directly with us. Please either contact us by email, phone or use the contact form on our website ( to enquire about your next holiday. We take a 50% deposit and the balance is due on arrival. All payments are by cash, cheque or bank transfer. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

We have a range of one and two bedroom apartments, along with our four bedroom beach house.

Apartments: Our ground floor apartments have private gardens and the first and second floor apartments have their own balconies. All apartments have sofa beds or daybeds in the living rooms to sleep additional guests. Please see the apartments page for further details

Beach House: Our beach house is a completely private holiday home, with exclusive use of all areas for the duration of your stay. The house has four bedrooms and can sleep 9, plus an additional 2 children on bunk beds. Please see the beach house page for further details


We do not have the facilities to accept card payments at this time. Deposits and balance amounts can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

We have been operating here at Waters Edge for over 50 years and have a loyal customer base with many repeat bookings year on year. We allow guests staying in the current season first refusal on re-booking the same week for the following season. If guests decide not to re-book, then this week is available for anyone to take and will be updated on our website ( You are, therefore, unable to book a stay with us more than 11 months in advance, until each week has been offered to our current guests.

If you wish to be added to our waiting list for a particular week/apartment/school holiday/time of year, then please get in touch and we will happily do this and contact you if something becomes available.

We do not allow pets here at Waters Edge. Registered guide dogs and certified assistance animals are welcome.

Our apartments and beach house and different check in/out.

Apartments: During our main season (March-Nov) changeover is on a Saturday. Check in is open from 3-5pm and check out is by 10am. During our winter season (December), changeover is on a Friday. Check in/out times remain the same.

Beach House: Changeover is on a Friday with check-in from 3-5pm and check out by 11am. 

If you are going to be later than the allocated check in time, please contact us in advance and we will make alternative arrangements with you.

Apartments: Guests have private use of 2 access paths to the beach, positioned either side of the building. The beach paths include a number of steps down onto the beach and outside of our peak season (May-September) there may not be a sandy path down over the pebbles. Whilst we maintain these paths, due to the nature of the ‘Waters Edge’ location, the tides and waves regularly change these and outside of the peak season there is often no sandy path at all. We ask that guests take care when accessing the beach.

Beach House: Guests at Sea Breeze have exclusive use of private beach access from the garden, via a gate and steps down onto pebbles/beach. As above, whilst we maintain these paths, due to the location, the tides and waves regularly change these and outside of the peak season there is often no sandy path at all. We ask that guests take care when accessing the beach. There is also a side access gate from Sea Breeze onto a public access walk-through from The Strand to the beach.

There are concrete slipways at the end of The Strand, by the harbour and at Coppet Hall if access across the beach pebbles is not possible for you.

Apartments: We have one ground floor apartment with a walk-in shower (not a wet room) There is still a step up into the front door and similarly back down into the garden. We can provide a portable half-step to ease access if required.

Beach House: On the ground floor, the only steps are those in and out of front/beach doors. All other ground floor access is step-free, including a king size bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower (low profile shower entry), open plan kitchen, dining room and living room and access to understairs utility area (inclusive of washer/dryer).

Apartments: Each apartment comes with 1 parking space. This is off-road in our car park and free for you to use for the duration of your stay. Please note that the apartments and car park were built in the 1970’s and therefore spaces can be quite tight if you are bringing a larger vehicle.

Beach House: The beach house comes with 2 parking spaces. Both are free and off-road, one within the driveway and one in a private layby adjacent to the house.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any additional spaces. There are a number of car parks in Saundersfoot that offer daily and weekly tickets. You are of course welcome to unload any additional vehicles in our car park before locating a space for the week.

Apartments: Free Wifi is included in all apartments.

Beach House: Free, high speed Wifi is available at the beach house.

Bedding is provided and beds are made up prior to your arrival. We also provide bedding if you want to make use of any of our sofa beds or daybeds.

Apartments: We have towel hire available on-site at our office for £3 per set. Please let us know in advance if you require towels for your stay and we will place them in your apartment before your arrival. You can also request towels at our office when you arrive or throughout the week if you need to.

Beach House: All towels are provided and included within the cost of your holiday.

Apartments: Whilst we appreciate you may wish to smoke/vape during your stay with us, we hope that you can understand, due to the nature of the building and close proximity to other apartments outdoor areas, that we do not allow smoking/vaping in any gardens or on beachside or roadside balconies.

Beach House: Smoking is not permitted within the house. You may smoke/vape within the gardens during your stay. We just ask that you please dispose of any cigarette ends responsibly.
